A Nautical Mudslide???
What in the world is that????
Well, that is the name of the two colors of paint that are now on all four walls of Chelsi's room! hee-hee!
And here is a sneak peek at two of those walls!
Drastic change!!!
We picked these colors to coordinate with this bedding...
Chelsi painted over the once purple background of her portrait of Rosie...so that it would match her new room!
I must say it was very difficult for my mommy heart to paint over these cute little daisies...
and sweet little girl decor in this room...
but this was a reflection of my "little Chelsi"....
and now she is growing into a precious young lady....so of course her room will reflect this stage in her life as well.....
We're not finished yet...going out shopping today for new accessories...(lamps, wall decor etc)
Our plan is to have it totally completed by Friday!
We are hosting two big BBQ's for our families...one on Friday evening...and the other will be Sunday afternoon.
Busy and fun week ahead!!!

It is sad to see those happy little daisies go...but Chelsi is becoming such a beautiful young woman now! The blue and brown are lovely! I can't wait to see the final product!

I love the new choice of colors. We are in the "very little girl" stage in Mallory's room and I am loving all of the little girly stuff. I know that all too soon we will be doing what you are doing now...choosing "young lady" colors. I can't wait to see the new look in Chelsi's room. It is so fun watching all that Chelsi is into. She is a fashion forward young lady that radiates with God's love.
