Complete "Randomness"...and OH NO!!!

IS that even a word...."randomness"?!?!?! Oh well....that is what is happening here....total "randomness"!
First of all.....beach towels are ready....

New Camera books are ready for the reading......(I hope I actually MAKE myself read them....instead of taking the easy road and using the "Auto" modes!!! I really need to learn all about my new camera...with all its bells and whistles...wish me luck!)





Necessary travel food...LIFESAVERS...tropical flavors....just to set the mood of the trip ya know....*wink*!

As for Chelsi.....she is charging her Video I*pod as I type....



Her purse is on the bar...ready to be grabbed as she stumbles out the door, half asleep......very early.... in the morning.....



Her favorite flip flops are in a pile in the floor of her closet....just waiting to be stuffed into her luggage......(notice the Reef flip flops Gwen!

She has several pair now...thanks to you introducing them to her, they are her favs !!!!! hee-hee!!! )





OH...and she has her favorite sundresses on her closet door...ready to be stuffed into her luggage as well......



Can't leave the Chuck T's behind......all of them are going on the trip....... (and all of them are NOT pictured here.....yep...she has a problem with Chuck T's!) ~smile~

On to another random thought.....this has become my most favorite addition to my coffee, lately.....oh my word....I am talking about total YUM!.......

Mama and Daddy came out yesterday ...of course...Chuck grabbed my Daddy...and took off to the den to watch the Nasc*r race from California.....
Here they are in the "man cave"....



And, Chelsi followed suit...and grabbed Mama...and they took off upstairs to Chelsi's studio....to make jewelry..... and just have Mamaw/ granddaughter time.....these two are inseparable!




Everyone was having a great time....while I "cooked" dinner for everyone........hee-hee.......here it is.....can you tell I really worked hard at it!!! *wink*....(Our local Pizza place and I are on a first name basis....when I call.....they say do you want the usual....ha! I am totally serious!!!)






OH YUM! This was DESSERT! Yep....gotta love those Sugar Babies...and Sugar Daddies!

We've been doing tons of boating/sea-dooing......before we leave tomorrow for the beach......




While I was watering the flowers yesterday....I noticed that a few leaves on our dogwood tree are already changing colors.....I love it!

Another random thought....and a bit of "proudness".....
This letter came in the mail this week.....yep....I am one proud Mom.....she has receved this award/invitaion.....for the past 3 years.....each year the destinations change.... always amazing places to visit......but no, we have never let her go.....simply because the students' parents are NOT allowed to tag along....and well....we just aren't comfortable sending her off to other parts of the world on her own, with strangers....but oh my word....yes...this is such an honor.....and yes.....we are so very proud of her...and oh yes.....we are humbled by the opportunity that was extended to our sweet girl!

Maybe when she is older.....we'll consider letting her go....???? Maybe I'll become a student again...and go too! *wink*!

Now for the tearful goodbyes....

We are wondering what our trip will be like.....but hey....we're going to make the most if it....it will be great no matter what the weather is like....because we'll be together....and *cough cough*...there are TONS of places to shop....INDOORS! hee-hee!
