Yesterday, I had an appointment at 11am. Chelsi didn't want to tag along, so off she goes to Mamaw & Papaw's house. Now, let me interject at this moment, that Chelsi and her Mamaw are inseparable!
Coincidentally, Mom had an appointment yesterday as well. So, my daddy says to bring that little gal on over and the two of them would get into something fun! Now skip to the cute part............ When I returned about 2 hours later, she and Papaw, (as she so fondly calls him), were playing this game.............
Yes, 'Monopoly Boutique Edition' Totally pink, girlie-girl game with malls to visit and boutiques to acquire! You get the picture! And.........guess who was winning?!?!?! Yep, Papaw was almost broke! Now that's a Papaw who loves his girl!
She has always had such a special relationship with her Mamaw & Papaw. They honor God in all they do whether it is great or small. In a little girl's life sometimes it is the little things that matter most. Actually in all our lives at one time or another, it is just that "pat on the back" or that "I'm thinking of you" or that unexpected phone call or sweet comment left on a blog (had to add that since I am brand new to this blogging thing!!!)...that makes all the difference in your day.I believe that little gestures of love and kindness provide BIG 'warm fuzzies' in all our lives. I know that yesterday, my little girl was blessed with a Papaw that cared enough to play that "fru-fru" game with her. Makes me realize once again, how very blessed I am!
Thanks Mom & Dad for being right where God wants you to be, all the time!
I LOVE YOU!
P.S. Did I mention that our fur baby, Rosie, adores them too????? If Papaw is in the house, then she's on HIS lap!!! Have a blessed day everyone!

Hi!
I found out about you from reading Lysa's page. I am so glad I visited your page! What a blessing to read about a loving family. God is so very good! I have such wonderful memories of time spent with my grandparents. And I am so thankful that my girls have such loving grandparents.
Thanks for sharing with us! And the song playing is such a good reminder! I need to give my little ladies some extra hugs when they get up from their naps!
